When refunds apply

If a delivered subscription/product does not work and our team cannot provide a fix or replacement within 72 hours, a full refund applies.

When refunds do not apply

Due to the nature of digital products — refunds do not apply for change of mind after successful delivery and activation, wrong product ordered, or accounts lost due to user error.

Refund process

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/card) within 3–7 business days. Contact support with your order ID to request one.
